Robin is a Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness specialist with over 25 years of experience helping companies get results through increased employee performance. She works globally with leaders of Fortune 500 companies as an executive coach, thought partner, and team dynamics facilitator to unleash potential and ensure sustained impact. Her coaching clients know Robin for her ability to quickly connect, deeply understand their individual needs, and provide creative solutions to optimize success.
She works with CEO’s, Presidents, BOD’s, and Executive Teams to build strategic alignment, strengthen executive team effectiveness, and create mobilizing plans to deliver results. Her organizational development work specializes in organizational acceleration and activating cultures for positive change. Building career paths and development approaches is often a part of this work to optimize employee potential and engagement.
Robin is co-founder of The Leadership Impact project—a global mission dedicated to helping leaders operate most effectively and sustainably in these uncertain times. As a passionate global citizen, she is a Vision Mentor with The World Pulse Organization and Advisor and Facilitator of the Viongozi Youth Leadership Summit in Kenya, a program dedicated to building tomorrow’s global leaders today.

Yukako is passionate about making this world a better place and has spent over seventeen years at the United Nations fighting hunger worldwide. She has extensive international experience in leadership, talent management, global talent acquisition, learning and development, partnership development, international development and humanitarian assistance, strategic planning, and coaching individuals at United Nations.
Based in Tokyo, Yukako provides leadership and executive coaching to international leaders and professionals, who strive to become better versions of themselves to make a difference, and has a special strength adjusting to cultural differences–having worked with individuals across 100 countries while at the UN–and coaching through transitions. She also facilitates corporate training for the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
Jennifer Tankersley
A sought-after expert in developing organizational strategy and managing large-scale change, Jennifer has worked with leaders from organizations across a range of sectors and sizes. She was a Global Expert in Change Management for The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised clients and internal case teams on both the programmatic and human sides of change. She was responsible for thought leadership, content development, publications, and managing internal initiatives.

Leigh Richards
Organizational Effectiveness professional with over 20 years of experience in areas from Client Service to Engineering to Product Management. I use this holistic understanding of “how work gets done” to improve overall organization and leader effectiveness. I have a strong background in organization design and creating businesses that make it easier to get the right work done. In addition, I have extensive experience in executive coaching and developing leaders for the needs of a role, team, and the business.

Julia Holloway

Julia Holloway is an executive coach and leadership development facilitator with more than a decade of experience working with companies and their C-suite executives. Her engagements include an array of organizations, including Harvard Business School, Bain Capital, Nokia, JP Morgan, Google, YPO, Ernst & Young, the Navy SEALs, and The Humanitarian Coaching Network. Julia brings to her advisory practice a foundation of 25 years of business management experience in both public and private companies, coupled with 10 early-career years as an investment and real estate attorney. In these roles, her successes include building two separate distribution companies from scratch, creating a global shared services function, and leading globally matrixed teams.
