Why Sustainable Leadership?

Corporate burnout was at an all-time high before the pandemic. For many, the prolonged Covid environment has magnified this. Many leaders are feeling fatigued, fragmented, and boundaryless as we enter into a new post-pandemic phase.

The Sustainable Leader suite of offerings were designed to introduce a new way of leading that is both more sustainable and impactful.

Each session is grounded in emerging neuroscience and the brain/body system connection to working and leading.

Six-Week Virtual Program: The Sustainable Leader

Utilizing neuroscience, cognitive and developmental psychology, and leadership best practices, this workshop enables leaders to thrive in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, and complex world. Participants receive customized, one-on-one executive coaching throughout this learning experience and build new leadership practices though both a Personal Inventory and Sustainable Leadership Plan. Sessions are offered weekly or bi-weekly to leverage adult learning and the opportunity to learn, apply, and reflect on new tools and concepts. 

2-Day Sustainable Leader Intensive

For a more intensive and accelerating option, the Sustainable Leader Intensives are offered to leaders and intact teams. Modules are customized and prioritized based on the needs of the group. These engaging and highly interactive sessions can also integrate relevant psychometric tools and strengths-based inventories. Three targeted executive coaching sessions are also offered for these intensives to build in accountability for customized plans.

Sustainable Team Experiences and Mini-Modules

This facilitated, custom team experience will be designed to bring the most relevant tools and techniques forward for specific team needs. Sessions can run form 2 hours to a full day, to weekly interventions. One-on-one coaching, team assessments, and team coaching are also available.
